PEACE A. ADENIRAN is the Media Host | Corporate Commuincation Lead in Afrihood.
She is a seasoned Communications Specialist with extensive experience in digital content management, TV & Radio production, and print media. She has a proven track record in leading digital strategies, crafting compelling TV and Radio Ad scripts, and managing media and public relations. Fluent in bilingual program hosting, Peace has been featured across media platforms in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
She holds a BSc in Mass Communication from Ajayi Crowther University as well as a Diploma in Radio and Television Production from Straight Street Media, United Arab Emirates. Peace has also acquired certificates in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Customer Relationship & Management.
Her brief training experience at the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria in 2012 where she took her first shot at writing and editing news scripts, transcribing news stories, and developing and co-hosting shows, kickstarted what would eventually become a full-blown media career.
As a student, Peace led a team of student reporters for efficient news gathering and investigative journalism. She wrote stories and feature articles for publication, whilst securing sponsorships and advertisement placement from indigenous businesses, for her school’s media platforms.
Peace officially started her career as a Broadcast Journalist at Hi-Impact Television (Nigeria and the United Kingdom) where she worked, first as a News Reporter and Script Writer, before moving into Presentation and Programmes & Documentaries Production.
In a bid to expand beyond mainstream media into Communications, she moved to Rolad Properties and Allied Services Limited as the Media Lead. In this role, Peace contributed immensely to the brand’s visibility through quality marketing communication efforts across media platforms, including the Rolad TV Initiative. She was also at the forefront of organizing and managing events and conferences for the brand.
Her interests lie in Media & Communications, TV Programming, and Storytelling, and her key skills include creative writing, media production, scriptwriting, marketing communications, and public relations.
