Paul Agbale Paul is the Structural Engineering Manager in Afrihood.

Paul is a registered Civil Engineer with The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria COREN. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma PGD and Master Degree (M.Tech) in Civil Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo state, after a Higher National Diploma HND in Civil Engineering from the prestigious Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos.

He started his working career with Vitabiotics Nigeria Limited, a pharmaceutical company in 2003 as a Resident engineer where he constructed factory extension buildings, roads within the factory premises, bottle storage building among others. He left Vitabiotics Nigeria limited and joined Bell-X Limited in 2008 as a Site Manager where he constructed some Base Transceiver Stations BTS across many states of the country.

He joined Raeanna Nigeria Limited as a Project Engineer and later was promoted to Project Manager after due hard work, diligence and eyes for details in carrying out his professional duties. He deployed skilled and unskilled labors to 53km Ilorin –Ogbomoso Globacom and 200km Airtel- Huawei Uyo- Ikot Ibio- Port Harcourt Fibre Optic installation.

In 2015, he was employed by Huawei Technologies Nigeria Company as a Delivery Quality Manager DQM covering West Africa region. He was in charge of Quality issues, training of vendors and engineers to ensure seamless delivery of projects in Cameroun, Ghana, Cote D’Ivoire, Guinea and Burkina Faso. He joined Redflame limited in 2017 as a Project Manager; he conceptualized, planned, designed, approved, supervised and commissioned a 230 million factory warehouse building at Isolo, Lagos.

Paul’s core professional competences are amongst others but not limited to Civil and Structural Engineering designs, Building Construction, strategic planning, contract and project management, multi tasking skills to achieve deadlines and deliverables. Others are turnkey project development and interface, quality and telecommunication infrastructure development.
